We need to be able to track the following: 

1. when the cluster creation wizard UI is being used vs when the CLI is being used 
2. what steps the user reaches and what step they are abandoning the wizard (both OSD and ROSA)
   • When users click next and get to each step in the wizard
   • Sending key errors as metadata for steps like account roles
3. Specific areas where users struggled during usability testing:
   • Account and Roles section 
     • How often users click to associate new AWS accounts  
     • How often users copy the basic OCM role vs Admin OCM role
     • How often account roles are not detected
     • How often users click to retry role detection
   • Networking section
     • How many users enable checkbox for installing existing VPC on the networking step
     • How many users enable checkbox for cluster-wide proxy on the networking step
   • Cluster roles section: How many users select auto mode when OCM admin role is linked (which is the condition for using the auto mode feature)
4. Is it possible to capture how long each step takes? 

 The outcome of this story is that there is data available to differentiate between CLI and GUI and there is data for each wizard step. This will allow us to track adoption, success rates, and abandonment rates per step, as well as some additional areas users may struggle.
