[ROSA]: add analytics to 'Leave Wizard'

    Description

      track user clicking on the "leave" button, on the leave wizard prompt dialog.

      acceptance criteria

      clicking the wizard's "leave" button produces an event, which should be visible in Segment, under the OCM Web Portal source.
