Make it possible to unintrusively be able to test transformers against legacy EAP release

We need to test transformation of subsystems and core-model against old EAP releases, which means fetching artifacts from the internal EAP repository. External contributors will not have access to this repository, so we need to be able to disable the transformers tests for legacy EAP versions if not on the VPN.
