[aws][edge-zones][CI] Prevent choosing edge nodes to schedule regular e2e tests

Goal:

• Research if it is possible to update the query over all e2e tests preventing returning edge nodes in the list of worker nodes, preventing eventual failures in e2e tests when selecting edge nodes in AWS jobs.

Previous work/PR[1] removed the skips only for e2e failing added in past releases.

Acceptance criteria:

• List of changes needed to create that exception
• Will it have any impact in the tests? How to monitor?
