[aws][edge-zones][CI] Remove e2e skips in edge zone tests

    Description

      Goal:

      • Remove current skips[1] in e2e zones tests added when "edge" zones have been introduced in installer, related to bugs in the e2e tests or limitation of e2e framework config for tests
