Allow set Smart router location to external URL in RHPAM

    Description

      RHPAM-1309 solves the issue of showing wrong URL for Kie servers. That was fixed, however the Smart router URL in Workbench still references to the Smart router internal IP address instead of route URL. This can be simulated for example by deploying rhpam70-sit.yaml

      Please adjust Smart router scripts to use route URL as its location.
