Allow set kie server location to external URL in RHPAM

I have deployed simple KJAR and when I open Business Central-> Execution Servers this is the URL I see:

http://172.17.0.7:8080/services/rest/server/containers/TestProject_1.0.1
When I click on this URL, it doesn't work.

What works is this URL:

https://secure-rhpam-oc-kieserver-rhdm7-openshift.192.168.99.100.nip.io/services/rest/server/containers/TestProject_1.0.1
Actual behavior: The Execution Server URLs in the Business Central are not functional
Expected behavior: It's possible to have functional Execution Server URLs inside Business Central UI

This will very likely have impact on the documentation as well.
