Create OpenShift CI job for interop pipeline

We need to create a OpenShift CI config files for interop pipeline which will run maistra + kiali integration + kiali cypress tests.

AC:

• maistra and both kiali testu suites are passing in https://github.com/openshift/release
• results are copied to required location (will be defined by introp team)
