Interop pipeline is moving to OpenShift CI

Interop team has decided to move all pipelines to OpenShift CI. We have to containerize our tests to make them run in OpenShift CI.

This work is planed for Q2

We need to break this down to following tasks:

• which subset of tests do we want to use, subset of maistra tests, subset of kiali integration tests, do we want to even run kiali cypress tests?, etc.
• containerize tests including operator installation and ossm installation
• work with interop team to enable that in openShift CI
• if necessary debug issues in production OpenShift CI (some tests might be unstable there, etc.)
