Build & publish the EMF Core client side support module

The marshalling strategy for the BPMN editor relies on the Eclipse BPMN2 (EMF) model, so previously to expose the BPMN2 EMF model classes to client side, it's necessary to expose first the EMF model core classes to the GWT compiler as well.

We'd been using some of the GWT official plugins available in the EMF repository during the design and PoC, and for now those are working fine, no issues yet found.

On the other hand, as from evacchi 's feedback, we should not rely on those official EMF-GWT plugins in the long term, because:

      • The plugins are quite old and not being updated for long time, we can also expect those being removed at some point
      • The plugins are built for an old GWT version - 2.0.2 - Actually we're at 2.8.2

This new artifact has to be also published into the maven repository.
