    Description

      Some tests depend on Java utility class, to be precise tests check if Java.isVersion(Java.1.6) if so different assert statements are used. There is no check for JDK7 though, which fallbacks asserts to prior JDK6. This makes tests fail.

      Example test case is: org.jboss.test.cmp2.commerce.QueryTest#testEJBQL
