Steps to Reproduce:
Hide

in the servers view do "New Server"

choose a server you can download from the internet

click the hyperlink for download runtime

start the download

wait until its completed

the "Home Directory" of the server is changed to point to the downloaded runtime automatically

the "Next" button is still disabled

After downloading a runtime the Home directory is pointing to the correct folder but the "Next" button is disabled still.
