use connection host and username in server editor

      Since we now want to support multiple OpenShift (PaaS-) servers in OpenShift for JBoss Tools (JBIDE-12168), we now also have to support a server setting in the server adapter editor. It doesn't currently:

      We decided to provide a combo that would list the existing connections (= username + server)
