Provide means to handle different servers

    Description

      There are now different servers one may use:

      Production, Stage, Integration, liveCD.

      We should provide means to allow different servers.

      quote from the PRD (https://docspace.corp.redhat.com/docs/DOC-108998#_OpenShift_ - JBDS60_0610):

      "Allow users to override openshift.com as the server to conect to. i.e. to allow testing against openshift.com and staging.openshift.com or for users using OpenShift Origin or OpenShift On-premise"
