Explorer is not refreshed while deleting the domain if you close and reopen OpenShift Explorer

      1. ASSERT: Make sure you have a domain and at least 1 app
      2. ASSERT: Make sure you have OpenShift Explorer opened and your user unfolded (so that it shows your app(s) in the tree
      3. EXEC: Choose Delete Domain from the context menu and check force applications deletion
      4. ASSERT: you'll notice a job in the status bar "Deleting OpenShift Domain..."
      5. EXEC: close OpenShift Explorer & reopen it again (before the job is finished!)

      Result:
      You get an error about the widget being disposed:
