      1. ASSERT: make sure you have a user with a domain and apps on OpenShift
      2. ASSERT: make sure you have it defined in the OpenShift Explorer, make sure it is expanded so that you see it's apps
      3. EXEC: go to OpenShift Explorer and choose Delete Domain from the context menu of your user and check force (delete domain + apps)
      4. ASSERT: user in the OpenShift Explorer should be refreshed after the operation was successful

      Result:
The user still displays the apps (which were deleted). Delete Domain is still enabled.

      Expected:
The user does not display the apps. Delete Domain should be greyed out/disabled since there's no domain any more.

In the OpenShift Explorer, domains and their applications can be deleted. After deleting a domain and the associated application, the Explorer continued to display the deleted applications and continued to show "Delete Domain" as an option in the context menu. This has been resolved and the Explorer now refreshes correctly. The Explorer no longer shows applications or allows a user to select "Delete Domain" after a domain and its applications have been deleted.
