Message center for toastr messages

As a user when new toastr message is shown I am unable to see it after the message disappears, or even if I am not sitting in front of screen or looking away and this type of message is shown I am unable to catch it.
We need some kind of message center where these messages will be stored, this message center will show messages only for current session. After page is refreshed, these messages will be cleared away.

1. Show time of creation for each message.
2. Clicking on message will make it disappear
3. Only couple of most recent messages will be shown and if user wants to show older messages he needs to click on "Show more..."
4. Grouping of same messages would be nice, since some messages can occur at the same time, so show only one of these messages and let user expand these by himself.
