As per the latest changes, the official name for ocm_resource_type should be "rosa" and not "moa".

Steps:

Launch OCM staging env
Go to the ROSA Cluster creation page.
Click on the "Associate AWS Button" and check on the terms and conditions checkbox
Click on the next button.
Enter the cluster details and click on the back button.

Expected result:

The event should be fired in Segment and the ocm_resource_type is ROSA.

Actual result:

The ocm_resource_type is MOA.
