no way to set the Server Runtime names when adding runtimes. e.g. can't switch between Apache Karaf and Fuse ESB 4.5 as the user generated names.

    Description

      i.e. the Configure Runtime Environments... dialog pops up a table with a Name and Value; you can't change the Name. Clicking on Edit just lets you change the Install Directory only - not the Name
