Add Karaf as Server - Creates unusable name in deploy to list

    Description

      I added a new Karaf server, and used all the default settings in the dialog boxes.

      Then I wanted to deploy a new camel-blueprint project (created used the new Fuse project wizard).
      But I had to create a new "Deploy To" configuration which I named: karaf.

      Now the deploy to button have 2 karaf listed. The one I created, and the former which is from the "Add server" wizard.
