RH Access - Search Case: Going to the ticket and back in history increases count of items in "Owner" select box

      1. go to Red Hat Support - Search Case page
      2. check the Owner select box. There are no items in it.
      3. open any ticket
      4. go back in history (browser function)
      5. check Owner select box again. There is one item in it - it is your e-mail address used for logging in to the customer portal
      6. each repetition of steps 3 and 4 increases number of items in Owner select box by one. All items are the same.

      This strange feature can be seen on attached video.
