Add an option to the installation script to supply a custom CR at install time

    Description

      The option to configure the volume capacity has been implemented with the ENTESB-12149 and is included in the 7.5.
      Actually, in case of installation with the installation script, can only be configured by modifying the script itself.
      This behaviour it's not user-friendly and really error-prone.

      Please implements it as a documented parameter of the installation script.
