Allow users to supply syndesis CR to install_ocp script

    Description

      There are numerous parameters in the CR that are available to configure only during the first installation of Fuse Online (they can't be changed when the Fuse Online is already installed) - for example database persistent volume capacity. If you want to change the capacity at the moment you need to do:

      1. install_ocp.sh
      2. oc delete syndesis app
      3. oc create -f <your syndesis cr>
