Missing files/jars/dependencies in the CDI TCK bundle

While trying to use the TCK to run against Glassfish V3, we came across several places where we were required to retrieve additional files from other locations in order to even attempt to run against Glassfish V3. The final TCK bundle must contain these dependencies so that users of the TCK have what they need to implement the required porting interfaces, deploy the required artifacts, and execute the tests against their own impl of 299. Please be sure to include the following in the TCK zip bundle...

The log4J - log4j-1.2.15.jar
webbeans-porting-package.jar from the Webbeans snapshot bundle
webbeans-core-test.jar from the Webbeans snapshot bundle

There are also several dependencies on files in the ri svn repository. The TCK must contain all library jars and other files that are necessary (or that might be used to run the TCK against the RI and possibly be reused against another impl).
