Provide a configuration option for WORKER_TASK_MAX_QUEUE_SIZE

Currently the XnioWorker.Builder does not provide an api to set the worker task queue size below Integer.MAX_VALUE. It would be helpful if there was a clean way for me to set a lower value to avoid tasks stacking up in the queue.
