      Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Customers are looking to take advantage of the price/performance that ARM64 provides for their workloads. For this to be possible, a customer needs to be able to deploy ARM64 HCP worker nodes

      Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

I can deploy an ARM64 machinepool type to an existing clusters

      Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

      Install option:
Via: CLI, Portal and ARM/API call, I can specify ARM64 instance type(s). If I select those instance types, the resulting worker nodes of the cluster will be ARM64.

      Day2:
I can add ARM64 instance types to an existing cluster

      Billing:
ARM64 Instance types are billed appropriately and charged the ARO uplift
