The fix for WINDUPRULE-97 is incomplete

As I described in a comment in the pull request for WINDUPRULE-97, the fix is incomplete. Please see the example at the very end of https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS7/Class+Loading+in+AS7 – you can have jboss-deployment-structure/deployment/dependencies, that is recognized by the WINDUPRULE-97 fix, but you can also have jboss-deployment-structure/sub-deployment/dependencies and jboss-deployment-structure/module/dependencies. Those are probably less common, but they can appear.
