      Marc made some changes to the Java Rules to discover embedded classes.

      The JIRA below contains the details of Marc's commits to his repository.

      Those changes have been merged into the 4.0 Branch however Marc would like those 'crude' java rules replaced by rules using a generic XML syntax being able to cover the same capabilties.
