Update the rules titles like in https://github.com/maarc/windup

There is slightly more to do than just move

{type}

to message element. There should be the whole search pattern in the message element like

{package}.{prefix}{type}Message

This needs to be fixed in the following files

• windup-rulesets/rules-reviewed/eap6/websphere/websphere-jms.windup.xml
• windup-rulesets/rules-reviewed/eap7/websphere/websphere-jms.windup.xml
