The catch-all rule hits should only appear on a separate report and should be filtered out of any other reports. The format should be similar to the Overview report to provide context (e.g. which jar did the class come from). Effort level should be 0 so as to not skew the total story points.

We do need to decide how to categorize them. Possibly we could add a tag to the hints/classification to determine which are associated with catch-alls.
