Testing the wizard for creating new rule.
Populating Perform elements after populating the fields in the Hint dialogue boxes, but not the quick fix field, then clicking on the tab that shows the xml there are 2 elements that are highlighted as being in error.

1. Dependency tag that has an error message:

The Rule does have a tag.
