Currently, a large number of rules have both a classification and a hint attached to them. In the source report and in the application overview, these can be useful pieces, even if they only contain a single line of text.
However, in the migration issues report, they often appear to simply be duplicates. It should be possible for the rule to indicate that one or more of its actions are things that should not appear on this report.
Proposed syntax (feel free to edit if you have a better idea):
<classification [...] display-mode="detail-only" />
<hint [...] display-mode="detail-only"/>
The display-mode itself would be an enumeration with the following values:
DETAIL_ONLY - only appear on source reports and application details
SUMMARY_ONLY - only appear on migration-issues
ALL - appear on both, this would be the default
