      These ignored files are returned here: org.jboss.windup.rules.apps.java.service.WindupJavaConfigurationService#getIgnoredFileRegexes

      It appears that this is only checked here: org.jboss.windup.rules.apps.java.scan.operation.UnzipArchiveToOutputFolder#recurseAndAddFiles

      This means that it is only possible to use the ignored file to block files within archives.
