The <hostname/> and <port/> are allowed to be overridden for the management client on the run and start goals. These two goals use the StandaloneCommandBuilder to build a start command based on server defaults. If the server configuration has not been changed then overriding the hostname and port don't do much good. If these configuration options are used the default override parameters should be passed to the StandaloneCommandBuilder.
