Disable WildFlySecurtyManager.install() in security manager subsystem

    Description

      The security-manager subsystem invokes WildFlySecurityManager.install() which needs to be disabled. The security manager will be enabled via jboss-modules by passing -secmgr via the command line at startup or by setting the SECMGR=true environment variable.
