Purge functional clustering tests made redundant by upstream

The wildfly-clustering project will host all functional tests for distributed web sessions and the clustering API. Any tests unrelated to integration testing (validating configuration from subsystems and deployment processors) can be removed. Any existing functional tests (e.g. passivation) not yet validate upstream should move upstream.
