    Description

      https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WFCORE-6750 modifies the wildfly core test runner so we can reload the server to a different stability level.

      Once WFARQ-160 is implemented, we can do something similar in UnstableApiAnnotationIndexTestCase. Essentially we need to be able to reload the server to preview level before running the tests, so that the unstable api annotation scanning takes place.
