This issue is a kind of Epic that is meant to address a subset of WFLY-18816 "Pass Jakarta EE 10 TCKs on Java 21". Specifically it is meant to cover resolving test failures due to some issue in WildFly, as opposed to failures due to some problem the TCKs themselves have with properly running on SE 21.
Note that failures due to WildFly's TCK execution infrastructure not taking advantage of available TCK configuration mechanisms that would allow the TCK to work properly on SE 21 are included in the subset covered by this issue. Failures for that reason are WildFly project flaws that should be addressed.
Actual fixes should be handled via separate issues with an 'is incorporated by' link to this one.
