External messaging resources can't be updated

I have create that resolved issue https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WFLY-13793 but it was partially resolved.

If I set enable-amq1-prefix to false for a remote artemis server (2.x version), the amq1 prefix is still append to the queue/topic name and thus isn't works as expected.
