Update the EE 11 preview to use current EE 11 releases

In the EE 11 preview integration, upgrade the various Jakarta EE API artifacts and associated implementation artifacts to use the currently available EE 11 variants.

None of these are currently final releases.

There are milestone releases for all the EE 11 APIs that plan a major/minor upgrade for EE 11, except for Jakarta RESTFul Webservices, the plans around which are still in flux. But, for many of these updates there is no corresponding impl release. Whether this is a problem depends on whether the WildFly testsuite exercises call paths that will fail due to API changes in the EE 11 milestones.

For sure we should assume there would be TCK failures, if there was an relevant EE 11 TCK, but at this point running any EE 11 TCK is not a priority.

List here artifacts that cannot be upgraded due to incompatibility that cannot be worked around via a change to WildFly itself:

• Jakarta Authentication – ElytronAuthConfigFactory uses removed AuthConfigFactory field providerRegistrationSecurityPermission
• Jakarta Server Pages – Jastow's PageContextImpl implements the removed PageContext.getVariableResolver() method
