The Micrometer and OpenTelemetry quickstarts have their OpenShift testing disable due to the requirement of an extra deployment (OpenTelemetry Collector) in order to test. Configuring the collector has been implemented/fixed for manual testing, so we now need to replicate that work in the context of automated testing (i.e., runPostHelmInstallCommands).
