Undertow console-access-log resource falsely advertises its capability service type

The /subsystem=undertow/server=/host=/setting=console-access-log resource registers a capability providing a EventLoggerService via a service.
However, this capability registration is incorrect - the EventLoggerService implementation itself provides no value. That the service provides no value is not a problem - only that the capability registration falsely advertises its service type.
