Upgrade H2 to 2.2.224

The Hibernate ORM 6.4.1 that we currently use and the 6.4.2 we're about to move to both test against H2 2.2.224. We are on 220. We generally do our updates of H2 to follow ORM, so let's do the move to 224 now.
