Preview support for Jakarta MVC 2.1

Provide a WildFly extension/subsystem to provide support for Jakarta MVC 2.1 using the Eclipse Krazo implementation.

Stability level target would be the 'preview' level.

This would include an 'mvc-krazo' Galleon layer.

Integration would be provided in two ways:

1) Via the wildfly-preview feature pack.

2) Via its own feature pack that depends on the wildfly-ee feature pack.
