Remove libthrift from dependencyManagement

A PR like https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/pull/17414 is wrong because we don't actually use the dep any more. It's cruft in boms/common-expansion, leftover from the old MP OpenTracing integration of io.jaegertracing.
