WFLY-18619 was meant to add -add-opens=java.base/com.sun.net.ssl.internal.ssl=ALL-UNNAMED to Java 12 VM.

.sh and .bat scripts set this parameter as expected, but .ps1 script doesn't - the above-mentioned parameter is not present in server JAVA_OPTS.
