Switch ejb subsystem test dep from groovy-all to groovy

The ejb subsystem has a ViewInterfacesTestCase unit test that tests behavior with groovy classes. To support this we depend on groovy-all, which is a bom that brings in a raft of dependencies. It looks like the basic groovy artifact should suffice.
