Add a detailed quickstart for bearer authentication use cases

It would be good to have a more detailed quickstart that covers common use cases for bearer token authentication. In particular, it would be good to cover the following topics:

• Using bearer token authentication to secure an EJB
  • Both the server side and client side configuration should be explained
• Using bearer token authentication for an EJB to EJB invocation between servers
  • Both the source server configuration and the target server configuration should be explained
