Upgrade concurrent-api from 3.0.0 to 3.0.2

Jakarta EE 10 contains concurrent-api 3.0.1:

So WildFly needs to upgrade to at least 3.0.1 to align with Jakarta EE 10. The important change in 3.0.1, judging from the above diff, is the addition of module-info, while 3.0.2 adds more tck-related changes.
