I think https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-reactive-messaging/commit/85ab132b4cd7f6c7abe81d21f48ec58be847f331 removes the need to configure the weld subsystem to use legacy bean discovery when running the MP RM TCK. So stop doing that.
